The Concept

During the summer, we offer a series of ready-to-go, one-day training sessions led by our very experienced team.

Each session focuses on a key aspect of modern project management, and courses can be easily combined to suit your needs. These sessions are exclusively available to companies, not individuals.

Format

1-day interactive course with an experienced trainer for up to 20 participants 

Virtual or on-site from 9:00 to 17:00  

Available in different languages (EN, FR, DE) 

Focus on the most relevant project management methods and approaches 

Participants take an active role by working on exercises, case studies, or their own projects.

How can plan-based and agile project management approaches be combined? What needs to be considered? What tools and methods are adequate? How to assure value delivery? How to lead teams in a hybrid environment? 

Leading Project Teams

What do today’s project teams need? How do I ensure efficient communication within the team? What is the difference between teams in a predictive or agile project environment? How can conflicts be beneficial for the project results? 

Projects in a Volatile Environment

What are the characteristics of a volatile environment? What does the project manager have to consider for such projects? What tools and methods help the project manager to cope with volatility?  

Program Management

What is program management? How are programs designed? What is the role of a program manager? How does he collaborate with project managers? How to align a program with the company’s strategy? 

PMO & Governance

Your Capstone Project

Project Management – applied with Project Management Simulation

Practices project management best practices with our project management simulation and put your team members in the position of a project manager. Our simulation driven learning approach is ideal for team building, for discussing your practices of project management or for fun training with concrete outcomes to use in daily life.

Prices

The price for a training day is CHF 2,500.–
The price for a training day with the project management simulation is CHF 2’900.-

General Terms and Conditions

All prices are in CHF. VAT will be added when services are delivered in Switzerland or in accordance with applicable legislation. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

All training materials will be provided in electronic format. If the training is delivered on-site outside the specified region, additional travel costs may apply.

It is assumed that the training will take place at the client’s facilities, and no additional room rental costs will be charged. STS provides a range of virtual conferencing tools, which are already included in the prices listed above.
