AI is reshaping project management. PMI® has introduced its own AI tools, and others are rapidly emerging to support project managers. But what do project managers really need? In this course, participants explore practical examples of AI in project management and learn how to design or adapt AI solutions, such as project bots, that serve their organization’s needs.
Your Capstone Project
Together with our consultant, you will examine one or several of your current projects, reviewing their phases, challenges, and risks, while identifying opportunities for improvement. When relevant, the discussion can zoom in on a specific phase of the project – such as initiation or execution – to provide deeper insights and tailored guidance.
Applying the Key Principals of Project Management
Using one of your projects, a case study, or targeted exercises, we walk through the entire project life cycle and apply either your own methods and tools or established project management practices.
