The PMP® exam is evolving in 2026 to reflect current project management practices. As an Authorized Training Partner, STS is aligned with the new PMP® Exam Content Outline 2026 and has updated its X‑AM Simulator and e‑Learning course to ensure confident preparation.
STS also offers instructor‑led training in both virtual and in‑person formats, with public courses and specific in‑house trainings. Our courses are continuously updated to reflect the latest PMI changes.
X-AM PMP® Simulator
The new X-AM PMP® exam Simulator and e-Learning course, fully aligned with the PMP® Exam Content Outline 2026, will be available in April 2026 as soon as PMI publishes the updated ATP (Authorized Training Partner) training material – ensuring you know exactly what to expect and how to prepare.

Changes in the PMP® Exam
PMI has adjusted the exam to better reflect the realities of modern project management.
Approach:
The exam covers predictive (Waterfall) methods at approximately 40%, and agile and hybrid approaches at around 60%.
Focus & Content:
Includes new topics such as AI, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement, with a greater focus on delivering outcomes and value.
The PMP® exam domains have changed in weighting for 2026.
Domain Weighting:
People now account for 33% (down from 42%), Process for 41% (down from 50%), and Business Environment for 26% (up from 8%).
